I always hesitate whether to focus on exposure or continue developing the product.
Pushing for exposure is always tempting to test the PMF, also for short-term satisfaction. However, if the data doesn't meet expectations, it can lead to disappointment. At this level of consideration, I feel that the product should continue to be polished.
Continuing product development aligns with delayed gratification, but there is a fear of heading in the wrong direction and efforts being futile. It also feels like trying to push for exposure for feedback and testing the PMF.
It's a vicious cycle, consuming energy internally.
Let's set a principle, whenever there is still indecision, it means it's not well thought out. At such times, default to continuing product development.
